Documents to provide

Once you've completed your investor profile, you'll need to provide the following supporting documents:

  • The company's KBIS (certificate of incorporation);

  • The company's latest up-to-date articles of association;

  • Proof of identity for all of the company's beneficial owners;

  • Proof of identity for the company's legal representative (the person opening the placement account);

  • If the person managing the Okimia account is not the company's legal representative:

    • proof of identity for the person managing the Okimia account;

    • a power of attorney, signed by a legal representative of the company.

The source of the funds you deposit will also be subject to verification. In most cases, this can be done using the banking data already synced to your Okimia account. If that's not possible, we'll get back in touch with you.
