Once logged into your Okimia account, click on Settings in the left-hand menu, then click on User Management:
Click on + Add user :
Enter the email address of the person you wish to invite:
Select the user group to which you want to assign your invitee, then click Add:
The person will then receive an email inviting them to create an Okimia user account and join you to collaborate on the company account.
Note: You can modify the rights and permissions granted to each group by:
clicking on **Edit my groups**
selecting the group to modify by clicking the pencil icon
checking or unchecking the permissions granted to members of that group according to your preferences.
