How do I manually enter an invoice (customer or supplier) in Okimia?

The main benefit of our Due Dates feature is to let you project your customer and supplier invoices into your cash flow forecast.

The main benefit of our Due Dates feature is to let you project your outstanding invoices — i.e. issued but not yet paid — into your cash flow forecast. Adding already-paid invoices will have no impact on your Okimia dashboard.

We therefore recommend only adding invoices that are committed but not yet paid to your Due Dates tab. To do so:

  • Go to the Due Dates tab:

  • Click "Add an invoice":

  • Select "Add invoices manually", then click "Confirm":

  • Fill in the invoice details:

  • Assign it to a category:

Note: assigning an invoice to a category will project the invoice amount (at its Expected payment date) into that category within your forecast.

Note: the "Invoices" tab is now called "Due Dates".

If you would like to import invoices directly from a CSV / Excel file, this page will walk you through the steps.
