When you upload an invoice (PDF, PNG or JPEG), Okimia automatically extracts the key information.
For more accurate extraction, fill in your company's Raison sociale (legal name) and SIREN number in your settings. Okimia can then recognise your company on each document and better tell apart the issuer from the recipient.
From your settings, open your company information page:

N.B.: the SIREN is your company's 9-digit identification number; it must match the one shown on your invoices.
