How does the integration between Okimia and Kalitics work?

Okimia integrates with Kalitics to retrieve your invoices and banking data, allowing you to use both tools seamlessly.

The integration with Kalitics lets you enrich your Okimia interface through the retrieval of certain data (your banking data and your invoicing data).

To connect with Kalitics, follow the steps below:

  • Go to your Kalitics account.

  • Click on the Configure button located on the left side of the screen, then select the API option from the drop-down menu:

  • Copy your API key

  • Go back to your Okimia account, and head to the Integrations section

  • Click on Add an integration

  • Select Kalitics, then Confirm

  • Paste the API key you previously copied, then click Confirm

  • Select the data you wish to import from Kalitics, then click Sync data:

    • N.B.

      • 401 aux factures fournisseurs

      • 411 aux factures clients

  • Once the sync is complete, click View my dashboard:

  • Go to the Due dates tab to see all your imported invoices

  • Go to the Dashboard, and switch to the table view to assess the impact of these invoices on your Okimia forecast. The green bar indicates that the invoices are present here.
